Good: Psycho frame construction within inner frame.
Bad: My first kit, so my skill. Nothing bad TBH.
Difficulty: Average
Panel Line: Minimal
Decals: Minimal, dry transfer and sticker.

Looks / Details

Good: Looks awesome without needing much panel line and decals.  Psycho frame!
Bad: Unicorn mode kind of plain looking.

Accessories

You get: This kit gets a transforming shield, a beam magnum, a hyper bazooka and 2 beam sabers.

Articulation / Pose ability

Good: Balanced.  Transformation is tedious but not difficult
Bad: Some of the joints especially in the legs gets weak over time.
Ugly: Bend at elbows and knees are horrible.



Shelf presence

Good: Psycho frame!  Bright and shiny red.
Bad: Probably will never pose in unicorn mode.

I said must buy in my earlier review but now, I cannot recommend the same.  For solid build and pose-ability, go for RG Unicorn if you're on a budget and PG Unicorn if you want to go all out.

Variants
1) Gundam Unicorn ver Ka (2007) - Discontinued.
2) Full Armor Unicorn (2011) - Green psycho frame and a lot more weapons which adds up to be a huge kit.
3) Unicorn Banshee (2012) - Black armor with yellow psycho frame.  Weapon variation.
4) Unicorn Phenex (2014) - One of the 2 most expensive MG gunpla kit (~Rm 400).  Fully gold chrome plated armor with blue psycho frame.  Armor variation.
